1999-2002 S-Type Shifter Fix

The automatic transmission shifter assembly in the 1999-2002 Jaguar S-Types has been a problem due to breakage of the fragile internal plastic cam.

BBS 18" & 20" Trim Rings

Coventry West is pleased to announce the immediate availability of replacement stainless steel wheel trim rings for the BBS 18 and 20 inch Jaguar R-Performance wheels. These trims are usually damaged when R-Perf wheels are curbed and in the past it has been difficult, if not impossible, to have such wheels properly repaired. Now, damaged R-Performance wheel trim rings can be quickly and easily replaced. Part number: BBS-18 & BBS-20.

Refurbished Photochromatic Mirror Program

The photochromatic interior rear view mirrors that Jaguar began installing in the mid-1990s have been troublesome, failing at a high rate. Coventry West is pleased to announce a refurbishing program for these mirrors. These refurb mirrors utilize a gel pack (rather than the fluid originally used) and carry a 12-month warranty. The refurbished mirrors are sold on an exchange basis and if we don’t have a matching unit for your specific mirror, your unit can be rebuilt, turnaround is 7-10 days. Please contact a CW salesperson to determine which mirror is fitted to your vehicle (Jaguar used several different styles of mirrors in production, even within the same model and year.) Applicable cars are XJ6 1995-97, XJ8 1998-03, and XK8 1998-05.

Differential Pinion Seal
for 1998-03 XJ8, 1997-06 XK8

This is the front pinion seal for the V8 differentials. Jaguar does not sell this seal as a separate part, but only as a "seal kit" along with a new pinion flange and nut for $189.60 dealer net. Note: the sealing surface of the pinion flange MUST be polished to remove any grooving or tracking when installing this seal to insure a long life. Part number: JLM-20602/SEAL
